- Plans to build 400 new homes,
- Investing to achieve all homes at Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C (except hard to treat) by 2025
- and 80% customer satisfaction.
We have also introduced our Customer First Commitment and ‘Lets Make it Happen’ training programme which puts customers at the heart of everything we do at SLH this will provide us with more opportunities to learn from our customer’s experience.

Hybrid Working- working from home, with only a requirement to attend the office a minimum of 4 days per month
