Applications open for our Halton Passivhaus Homes

We are excited to announce that applications for our 20 Passivhaus homes at Mill Lane, Halton are going live this week. The development includes a mix of 7 shared ownership and 13 affordable rent homes with a range of 1 bed apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bed houses. The homes are due for completion in November 2022.

To apply for the rental properties, please register on www.idealchoicehomes.co.uk. Once the lettings process commences, interested applicants will be able to bid for the properties through the Ideal Choice Homes website.
