Case Study: Neil and the Income Management Team

Our Income Management Team have been working with Neil and his family since 2016, during this time Neil has endured may personal complications. He is the father of two children and the family have been financially struggling due to welfare reform changes.

The team have worked in partnership with external agencies to make sure Neil has the correct level of support and advice available to him.

Neil and his family are now more settled with their finances and have regular communication with our Income Management Team.
