Yewbarrow Lodge

South Lakes Housing are delighted to share that a planning application has been submitted to Westmorland & Furness Council for the proposed redevelopment of Yewbarrow Lodge. Thank you to everyone who has been involved in this process and to those who attended and provided comments at our Community Consultation in March.

The planning application can be viewed on Westmorland and Furness’ website via the application number SL/2023/0467.

We will continue to work with the community to deliver these much-needed affordable family homes in Grange and will provide further updates in Grange Now as the project progresses.
