Halton Passivhaus Housing Development – Lettings & Shared Ownership Drop-In
Lune Valley Community Land Trust, South Lakes Housing and Lancaster City Council are holding a drop-in session for interested future tenants & shared owners for the Passivhaus development in Halton.
The scheme is a collaboration between Lune Valley Community Land Trust and South Lakes Housing that will deliver 20 new affordable 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes for rent and sale through shared ownership.
Passivhaus is a form of construction that was developed by the Passivhaus Institute in Germany. The construction method delivers an airtight building fabric with high levels of insulation that cuts carbon emissions and energy use.
The drop-in session will provide further detail to interested tenants and shared owners on what it’s like to live in a Passivhaus, what homes are being delivered on the site and how to register your interest for the rental and shared ownership properties.
