Launch of our brand-new Customer Survey platform!

We’re starting the new year by launching our brand-new customer survey platform, making it quicker and easier for our customers to share valuable feedback about the services we provide.

Our short surveys will stay the same – we’re just changing the platform we use to send them. By doing this, we’ll be getting better insight about the experience our customers receive and getting a clearer picture of where we can improve.

Customer feedback shapes our services. Using this new platform will make the process quicker and simpler for customers, giving them a greater voice in future service design and enhancing their experience.
