Our office is now open on an appointment-only basis.

If you would like to meet with one of our colleagues, you must contact us beforehand to make an appointment. This ensures that your query is dealt with by the correct person with all the required knowledge and information. The best way to do this is by emailing us on customerservices@southlakeshousing.co.uk or calling 0300 303 8540.

To manage expectations, we aim to provide you with an appointment within seven working days. Due to works being carried out in our office we are unable to offer any appointments on 8th, 9th and 10th August and apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.
