SLH becomes the latest adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS)

We’re excited to announce that we have become an adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

John Mansergh, Director of Business Improvement at South Lakes Housing (SLH) said: “We are delighted to become an adopter of the Standard. It is a commitment we made in last year’s financial statements as we feel that it is integral in telling our story and that of the social housing sector through a consistently applied ESG framework. Our business strategy objectives around Growing, Greening and Transforming are so closely aligned with the Standard that they go hand in glove.”

SLH’s leadership team has identified that the SRS will complement and enhance our organisational strategy. 

SLH joins more than 120 housing associations and funders who have adopted the SRS as the social housing sector continues to solidify its reputation as a leader in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.
