Today we publish a special South Lakes 5 year Magazine. Read all about our investment in homes and plans for the future. The newsletter shows where we have invested £54 million into homes since 2012 and how we are getting better value for money. It also shows plans for the future including; constitutional changes at Board level, a further £5.3 million programme for major repairs during 2017/18, plans to develop new homes plus an exciting new partnership with other housing associations aimed at reducing costs and increasing income.
